You shouldn’t get but a half dozen a year. Take them to the lfs. I don’t have them because I like my snails. They eat leftover food. As far as cleaning algae, that’s our job to do.

I dont mind some snails hence why i left the 3 pest snails in the tank for awhile now since i saw them eating algae off the glass and plants but i definitely dont want a overload of pest snails in my 5.5gal tank, also how long does it take for these guys to hatch i checked today and one sack of eggs on the glass is gone saw some tiny little snails on my moss carpet, would a pea puffer be good to take care of pest snails?
