Wide range PH = 7.4
Ammonia NH3/NH+4 = 0.0

how do these look I know the pph is a bit high.

ph is fine
As Jen says your nitrate is a tad too high and may cause a problem to sensitive species

Are clown loach sensitive two of mine are not looking well?

clown loach are fairly sensitive, yes

what size tank is it and how long has it been running for?

150 litres the tank was running for about a year then it was moved and now its been running for 2months.

Assuming your tap water doesn't have nitrate(NO3) in it, just increasing your gravel-clean-water-changes a bit should take care of excess NO3. If you were doing less than 50%, you could just increase it to around that and make sure the gravel clean is pretty thorough. You could do a second one later in the day (should wait at least an hour between water changes.)

Ok thanks for that I have done a water change I will post up a 2nd test soon.

Be sure to follow all the shaking instructions on any nitrate(NO3) test. They are notoriously difficult tests.

That sounds not too bad. The API nitrate test needs a 30sec shake of bottle 2 and then a 1 min shake of the test tube after both sets of test drops have been combined!
