I just got a pair of otocincluses about 6 days ago and i noticed if one of them were on my rock ornament my amano shrimps would sometimes step over them or use their claws and pick them and the otos just stays there for a couple of seconds before swimming away from the shrimps but they look fine also my shrimps like staying on that rock ornament so they could be territorial

To be honest I have found otocincluses to be very wimpy/shy, I recently fed some live brine shrimp and they scared my ottos to death!!

I've seen amanos square up to apistos. Nasty fight ensued with left the cichlid damaged and the shrimp dinner, but yes they're capable of being aggressive.

Amano are quite large shrimp and like the same diet as oto's, and even dwarf shrimp are capable of being bullies. I have watched even my dwarf cherry shrimp square off against each other over food and even stand their ground against a hungry horde of Guppies.
As long as the otocinculs are still able to get enough food and the shrimp don't manage to cause any real damage then they should be ok. I have 7 otocinclus which are all super shy and I only really get to see them at night after lights out. If your tank will support more otocinclus then by all means add to their little duo, they truly are a social fish.
