An idea of tank size, water stats, lighting conditions etc will help to give you the best selection.

ahh community tank is 12 gal that my main priority as the plants in there seem to get eaten

Some fairly easy to grow/hardy plants:

Amazon Sword, grows fast and grows big. Can survive lower lighting. Get some root tas to put in the substrate under them.

Wisteria - Another fast grower that can live in low light conditions.

Anubias (many types), these grow slowly but most do ok in lower light conditions and are pretty hardy.

Vallisneria (many types) will grow fast even in poor conditions and is a good background plant (or mid ground if you get the dwarf variety).

I'm sure someone with more experience and knowledge them me will be able to suggest a few more.
