Can I Use This?

ok, i'm making my own filter (see "diy" section) and i need silicone to seal the tubes. I found this stuff in the basement and it had been there for 3-4 YEARS! it's not silicone it says "latex". it's "lepage white kitchen and bathroom" and it says "NO MORE SEALANT GUNS" on it.


Is it safe?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

To be honest i would buy a proper aquarium silicone, don't know whats in that stuff, plus it would need days to dry out,l then it could still be toxic to fish.

Kitchen & bathroom sealant will contain fungicide & be toxic to fish.
