Make sure you use aquarium sealant. Ive seen stones stuck together to make caves

The aquarium sealant sold in the LFS is just a priced up version of silicone you can buy in the hardware store. Just make sure the hardware store stuff doesn't have any dyes, or fungicides, or anit-mildew, or other stuff added. Just 100% silicone. The notice on the back of the hardware tube that says do not use for aquariums is so that you don't sue the company, but I have used 100% silicone found in the hardware store for quite some time now.

Also, you're going to want to let it dry for about 3 times as long as the bottle says. Usually about 3 days should be good.
