As long as the water parameters are the same for both sets of fry I can't see why not.

I think that should be fine, just make sure the guppys don't outgrow the corys and start going for them.

guppys have already outgrown them, that is my worry

There is no problem with compatibilty - just make sure that the guppy fry are too big to fit into the cory's mouths (and visa versa) and all will be well!

ok, guppys are bigger than corys anyway.
there is about a weeks difference in age
