I think i would return the Phantom and Serpae (will get agressive in low numbers) Tetras and increase the Platinums to 20. i'd put the neons up to 10, the ottos up to 6.

Dwarf Flags must have immaculate waters to do well, high nitrates are not recommended and their higher temp range of 24-29 also put your peppered corys in an uncomfortable temperature range. (Although i have kept peppered at 24/25 myself and they seem to do fine.)

Keep and eye on your Tiger barbs, they might also start to nip the corys as they get older, my group of 16 Tigers destroyed the dorsal fins of all my bronze and peppered corys really quickly. So i got rid of them.

You got lots of nice fishies, but its a real mix of temperatures/water flow/schooling sizes and attitudes.

Thanks for the replys . Had my Tiger barbs from young they are fully grown now and I've never had any trouble from them , also can say the same about the Serpae - Phantoms . The Guppies will be going soon as they are big enough. Take on board about the rest.
