Can I Get A Bristlenose

The tank in question is the one in my sig, quick question, could i keep a bristlenose plec in there?

Sorry but another Q. Will java fern be ok in a 20 litre tank with 15 watts or is that too much light (i know it prefers medium to low light)

The BN would be fine in that tank; the Jave fern should be fine in your 20l too; I have some in fairly well lit tanks with no problems.
