can i add some bolivian rams?

my tank is about 24 gallons (two feet long). the current stocking is:

8 harlequin rasboras
4 neon tetras (i did have more but 4 have recently died for unknown reasons, my other fish are fine though)
1 small bristlenose pleco

i want to add 2 or more bolivian rams (i have wanted some for a while) and i was wondering if they would be compatible with what i have at the moment and if the tank is big enough.
