Can Fry Bio Load Keep Filter Ticking Over?

I'm just wondering if the bio load for 32 fry will keep the filter ticking over or will the bit of bacteria already there from the fishless cycling die off?

Ammonia/nitrite have been zero for the past 2 days(twice a day)

It depends on the tank size but fry are not without a bioload. When I have fry I figure the biofilter will drop back a bit at first but as the fry grow, the filter bacteria can keep up with the rate of change and so the filter will always be enough for the size the fry are at the time.
