I bought 5 panda corys yesterday, and theyre pestering the julii.

The julii are sexually active and lay eggs frequently (get eaten though  )

The pandas are doing what the male julii usually do when trying to sex, can these two actually produce eggs?

It might happen for some closely related species, but in practise appears to be very rare. I'd be more worried about social behaviour than the appearance of hybrids (that nobody would want). It may well be you need to add a few more individuals to each school of Corydoras so they can each socialise properly.

Cheers, Neale
