I would love them in my community 180l.

It is, yes, so long as you break up the tank enough to create territories for them all, plenty of plants live or fake too

Should be ok, but no more cichlids after that.

as long as there are established territories it should all be fine, just make sure lots of caves etc

4 Polka Dot Loach
8 Corys

Does that sound ok for a 180l?
