Can Anyone Id What This Stuff Is On My Tank?

Doesn't look like snail eggs to me. You can usually see the individual eggs in the gelatinuous sacks.
Really curious to know what it is though!

Alright so I took a look at a sample with a microscope today and although I wish my sample was a little better the best answer to what I saw was fungus due to structures resembling hyphae. They are not eggs for sure, bacterial could technically still be on the table but fungus fit better. The fish still appear and act just fine and they only appear on the plant in the first photo now so I'm not taking any further action until something goes horribly wrong. Thanks to all for your input!
