Can Anyone Help? Jad Filter

Hi,

I am new to this forum and any help would be much appreciated! I bought a JAD tank a few months ago now - model ASD-320LDJ. The motor in the filter stopped turning after a couple of hours of it being on and the plastic expanded slightly. The shop where I got it from have been really unhelpful.

Does any one know where I can get a new filter from? Can't seem to find anywhere on the internet...

If it stoped working after a few hours, can't you take it back and get a replacement?

For a totaly new filter... how many liters is your tank?
