Are anglfish killers?
I can figure out what's going on in my livebearers tank. Until recently I had a healhy happy community with rarely any deaths. 2 weeks ago I was forced to taake in an angelfish from a filthy tank which may have been diseased as its forner tankmates had finrot and were very poorly.I put the angel in my livebearers tank and found it dead the next morning. Two days later I added 2 more angels, healthy ones from a clean tank. Since then I've lost a platy, guppy a few days later and a molly today. 3 deaths in less than 2 weeks is more fatalities than I've had in the previous 5 months. All fish seem healthy and active and eating well as usual. Dead fish showed no sign of any disease.
1. Could the sick angel that died have somehow infected all my other fish with some mystery disease OR
2. Are the 2 new angels which are much bigger than guppies and young mollies killing all my other fish

I had 4 angels died after 2 hour as my guppies and platys killed them.

Personally as a precaution I would treat the tank with a strong antibacterial med, finrot may not have shown up on the angel that died but if it came from a tank with poor water quality and other fish were infected there will more than likely another bacterial infection within that tank and the angel you rescued can easily have carried it into your tank. They may look healthy but can be carrying something unseen.

Just got ESHA 2000 -is this OK to use with baby bristlenoses? Water quality is OK - using 2 filters for double filtration and last test showed zero ammonia and nitrite. Do 33% water changes weekly too
