Hi, if there were a pair of angels in a community tank that layed eggs, and the fry ended up dying/getting lost/ being eaten, would the angels be disheartened and stop breeding at all?

thanks

I believe breeding among fish is instinctual and not mental stimulation(like humans). So your Angels will most likely breed again.
I've never bred Angelfish before so this may be good advice or not.

They will go off breeding from time to time, in the wild this would coincide with the dry & rainy seasons. It's an instinctual thing.
