i have a fire eal i added him 3 days

at the store he looked very active ...

and then i put him in and he hasnt moved since (exept for another hiding spot he found)

i need some info about this eal
cuz the guy at the store didnt seem like he knew anything,...


here is the info

39 gallon - long

community lots of tetras mollies gupps and a whole bunch of corys

and fry 5 months old


he has alot of hiding places and plenty or room
sand he can burry in and great filteration

whats wrong?

did he have places to hide when he was in the store?mine only comes out during the day to eat shrimp other than that i only see his head poking out of his favourite hiding spot i think it will outgrow your tank and they eat small fish

crud that sux i think ill return him he dosnt seem happy in my tank ....
