Camellanus Worms

I posted a couple of days ago regarding this subject and someone kindly posted back informing me that the ailment my fish has got is camellanus worms, I checked a picture on the net and it looks exactly like what my fish has got.
I've heard these things are a #28### to get rid of. Does anyone know any methods or any product that will rid my fish of these ugly little buggers?

real pain in the back side. i had them for nearly 6 months. they out smart everything i tried. many of my rare fish died due to this. i was helpless and totally fedup. then here, 'wilder' told me to use SERA NAMATOL. it was like miracle.. worms are droped down like dead flys. noticed BIG differents in fish in few weeks.

note... sera namatol is not normal stuff. very strong stuff. you have to be very careful, use lots of air stones. and its cost 10 time more then other stuf.
