Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):

i have an outbreak of camallanus worm and have lost a couple of fish my LFS have advised using Lernex (pond fish treatment) as a dip 20 mins max. Lernex contains Levamisole, Flubendazole,Diflubenzuron and installing a uv steralizer to rid of eggs? i did one dip last week and they have disappearred from a couple of fish but now neons are showing signs. i am due to do another dip today but am wondering if they are going to keep reinfesting due to nothing going into tank water. have done two small water changes and a couple of gravel cleans in past 8 days. please can anone advise me as am worried about losing anymore of my fish.
