Calling All People Who Know How To Work A Pc!

calling all People who know how to work a pc better than me! anyone able and got a pc package able of gutting around an image, i mean the outline if a fish so its not missing chunks etc? if so, i need your help, im writing a book about fishes and need the pics to be cut around, AND if your any good and you help out like all good people should , your name will be published in the back of my book, as, um , i dunno but ill say you cut out all the images, (edited them if you like) or what ever the proper name is for doing so, You tell me!

EDIT: although.. theres one thing doing it for fun where it doesnt have to be perfect, but cutting an image for a white background a different matter for a proffessional finish..
