Calling All Fluval Edge Owners

I am just posting to ask for any help from any experianced Fluval Edge owners in regards to my post here Fluval Edge Newbie

Hi There,

I don't have a fluval edge,But my brother has just returned to Fish keeping, and we have set it up today, But we are experiencing a loud notice from the filter, we are just reckon it is trapped air, As we can see air in the top section of the U pipe that connects to the filtration system, So i was just wondering Did you experience the same problem?

But yes we have just started the Cycling, as a brother would do i filled his tank up with my tank water, so shouldn't be long until we add some fish, We are just planning on adding some tetras.

i've also got the fluval edge, cant say i've experienced any noise from the filter, just a quiet hum. i've found over a few days the water level does drop from evaporation, it drops a very little amount. the filter is set at its lowest, noticing that the neons i have in the tank find it hard with the increased flow. This is my first tropical tank, and im glad i selected it.
