What can i get for a calcium source for snails b4 i get a few?

the reason i am asking is cuz people say that snail need calcium for their shells...? will cucumber work>?

A green lettuce leaf each week will help, that has calcium. Calcium additives are available, but only as a last resort as they can alter the water chemistry. What snails are you after? I keep golden apples and zebras in dechlorinated tap water with great success and just feed flake/pellet and the odd green lettuce leaf.

I'm curently looking into calcium suppliments too...

Our breeding apple snails are sapping calcium up quicker than.. well you know what i mean.

mose have stopped growing now and i have to keep moving them about in my tanks to help them get more calcium.

Is there liquid supplements i can add?

Any lfs that stocks marines will be able to sell you liquid calcium (used as an additive for healthy corals), but I would add very small amounts and monitor kh and gh carefully as you add more.
