Im just doing this topic to see how many people have had my experience and what done about it.
So its was about 18:00 hours last night and noticed my Nutrafin C02 kit is running out of steam. So I then refilled it with my normal mix and would normally watch it for 2 hours to see if its not pushing any Yeast mix into the tank.
My GF called to say I must come watch a movie with her upstairs so there I went. Now were the problem comes in,I fell asleep like halfway and woke up this morning to a kinda bad problem.
My tank was darkbrown milky all over. Was a horrabile site. And yes as you guys can see MIX got into the tank and colored the water. The fish are all fine as far as I could see. ( had limited time due to work ).I did a 50% water change in about 5 min. ( Impresive ) and that took care of most of the milkyness even if it still have a little bit of milkyness left.
All the ingredietns in the c02 mix is bio degradabile so its should all go away after a while or do i need to do another 50% water change when I get home?
What I wanna know is who have had this experience and what did you do about it?
I would love to know that im not the only guy that have evered made his fish drunk.
