C02 Or Not - Only 1.25wpg

I'm planning to plant my 15g tank out moderately heavy with low-medium light requiring plants. I'm running a single Arcadia T8 Tropical tube with reflector, which is pushing out about 1.25WPG. I'm not particularly after rapid plant growth, but then again I dont want the plants dying off either.

Should I use C02 or not? I'll be using the Hagen Kit with Aqua Mini difuser, Gang and check valve.

I am very happy with the improvement CO2 made to my 1wpg tank, although plants did not grow much faster they did grow much thicker with wider/stronger stems etc and less spaced leaf growth.

plant your tank then see how things go....

if your plants grow slowly with no signs of ill health then don`t bother if you feel they need it then add some

DIY CO2 is cheap and easy, I think it was George Farmer who said that he recommends CO2 in any tank (sorry if its not him, if not then its Tom Barr)
