I was wondering if it would make a difference if I used dechlorinated water in my C02 bottle. I've only been using untreated tap water with fairly good results.

Thanks

Since this is still open, how do you know when to change the solution in the bottle?

Your bubble rate will decline.. the pH will start to rise... or you just know that the yeast mixture will last about 10 days so change it weekly just to be sure.

When I was doing DIY, I changed it every week. This way the buble rate didnt drop, and there were no co2 swings
