C Elegans

So i went to my local lfs and he had some C. Elegant catfish for sale. Very nice fish and cheap as well £2.95 each and they are a good size too. I bought all five off him and hoping he gets more in. Unlike mosts corys they swimm in mid water quite abit i've read that this is normal behaviour. The tank is well planted so i'll see how they go.

Anyone else got or had these?

oooooh, finally, ive not heard of anyone else having them. Ive got 4 atm but hoping my lfs will get some more. They are so cute, so personalities. I did have 6 but 2 have passed. You got any pics?

No pics at the moment but i'll see what i can do for ya!! I'm gonna get some C. Sterbai this coming weekend unless my lfs has some more Elegans in. At the moment tank mates are 8 Congo tetras 8 Purple tetras 3 Tiger loach and a Bristle nose pleco. Tank is well planted with bog wood slate and sand substrate. Tank size is 48 20 wide 18 high its looking really cool.
