Where is the cheapest place to get fish online? Looking to get some cpd’s and corydoras to breed for profit.

aquahuna is probably the cheapest of the reliable places. They also have cheap shipping; and for online purchase generous doa policy. Also being in Washington (state i presume) there are several good stores in your state.

It is important when breeding fish to start with quality healthy stock. That, and the cheapest prices do not often go together.

While this can be true; i would claim that price is in fact NO indication of fish quality. I've seen (and sadly purchased) crappy fishes both in terms of current health and genetics for $$$$ and extremely nice fishes for $; it all depends on the seller and not the price.

Furthermore there are TWO independent indication of fish quality; first the genetics (more important if breeding for $) and actual health of the fish in terms of parasite, bacteria infection as well as general overall health (runt, beat up, droopsy, ....)

What is not an indication of health esp for wild caught fishes is minor damage to fins and those should generally be ignored.
