most LFS will special order specific stock for you if its on their supplier's list. most online establishments have amazingly high shipping costs that aren't inflation--its just that pricey to ship a big box of water overnight!
if your LFS still can't get you the fish you want (which would be a surprise for something like rummynose tetras) try these sites:
