Hi People,

Does anyone know if there are any reputable sources that sell fish online in the UK? I know there are very few UK couriers that will carry live animals and after the way one courier handled my recently purchased, very rare, 1985 guitar Im not sure I'd trust them.

Has anyone any experience of this? My local stores have such an awful selection of fish and I don't like carrying fish for more than 15 miles or so in my car because I dont have the facility to pack them correctly (A plastic bag filled with water and delicate fish covered with a brown paper bag is hardly safe transportation for a 45 minute journey along bumpy country roads)

Thoughts people? I really would like to get some angels to hopefully pair off in the 90gal(I found a shop that's got a brand new, end of the line, one going for £50 with hood and lighting kit!) Im going to be putting in the gym room but If I have to use the poor creatures they have at the local stores im not sure it would be worth my while!

Why not ask you LFS for one of the boxes that the fishes were delivered in and place the fish in there with appropiate packing. though my favourite fish shop is thirty miles away and my fish are fine in a plastic bag goign over bumpy welsh roads !!

Otherwise Tri-mar are the best!

They can deliver to anywhere in mainland uk

Just email Terry and ask for what you want, if not in stock he'll proberbly get it for you.
I have been to the shop personaly and it's fantastic, they even fill the bags with pure oxygen for the travel home.
