aulonocara baenschi
placidochromis sp.jalo
copadichromis borleyi namelenji island
placidochromis electra likoma island
Aulonocara maisoni chitimba
These are the 5 i just ordered i got them for £25 which is $46.69 each bit dear but they are wild caught and are all about 4-5" long all colours are showing. Not sure weather to put the females with the males or have an all male tank there going in to a 155g

Although that is a good method in theory it isnt to good for me as the longest part of the journey will be on the ferry so my car engine will not be running so now power to run the pump and heater.

Your cigarette lighter socket would still be powered with the engine off it would drain the battery but I`m positive it would be ok.

Have you tried shopping a bit closer to home maidenhead aquatics have 2 shops in the liverpool area!

I've bought & sold fish at auctions that have been bagged for at least 12 hours. They are on a table at room temperature for most of that time, than into a cooler for the ride home. They do fine for that amount of time.

£25 for all of them or £25 each?

Would you really want to take the chance though?

mark, try go for smaller fish, they use less oxogine, make sure the bags are tied properly, and then turned upside down and bagged again, this prevents the bags from leaking and stops the fish from getting trapped in corners. good luck with the fish. I live near liverpool so shame you were'nt passing through southport, could have called in and had a brew. :good:
