wholesale tropicals in bethnal green will deliver,
but as you live in London a trip on the tube will be best.
you can also order from trimar, based in cornwall, I think they charge £10 for delivery.

There are also some magazines that offer delivery of fish as well... I can't think of the name of the one I've used right now but if wanting home delivered fish is your thing, magazines are also an option.
