Bumblebee Placo

I have a bumblebee Placo who seems to hid behind rocks and plants all day. Ive had him for 3 years and just out of curiosity i was wonder if hes by any chance nocturnal. My tank is spot less and i have two bamboo shrip who clean the rest of the tank up. So im guessing hes doing his job!

I dont think they are nocturnal. He may just feel more comfortable coming out at night for a little.

idk about yours but my 2 plecs are shy. one does like low to medium light and the other could care less what the lighting is as long as there are no peope up and moving and as long as my sisters cat bob isnt right by the tank
