In my 64L, I have a temporary stocking of 2 mollies, 2 platies, 9 endlers, 3 swordtails and a cherry shrimp.
My problem is that one of my mollies seems to be constantly chasing the other molly and both the platies. Is she just asserting her dominance? They were moved into the tank at different times, and she isn't chasing the swordtail who went in with her. She's only started doing this within the last week or so, and she's been in there for around 3 weeks.
Any help is much appreciated!
Thank you!

Are you sure it's a female and not a male? In any case, there are always some fish that are just bad tempered or more aggressive than the norm.
There's not an awful lot you can do about it. If it was a male, I'd normally recommend adding more females, but that's obviously not an option in your current tank. You could try catching the troublemaker, re-arranging the tank (to destroy any territories) and then putting her back; that sometimes works.
