Bubbles

hi all ive just started to notice that my tank has started to gain a lot of very small white bubbles on the surface of my water (mostly around the edges) does anyone no what this could be and if its any reason for concern.

stats are as follows

ph 7.9
nitrate 0
nitrite 0

run out of ammonia test but taking down my tank in literaly one week to start a saltwater tank

anyway all help will be embraced

This may seem llike a silly answer but, Do you have a male betta? If so, he's building his "love nest" where he would place fertilized eggs till they hatch. But, then if you're a fishaholic, you probably know that. Hope you get your answers!

nah i dont but i do have a male gourami could be him building a bubble nest. actually pointless because theres no female he can mate with because he killed her from stress. its just the fact that the bubbles are really small and dont look lke they are a bubble nest. thanks for the help anyway

ps only reason im a fishaholic is coz ive asked so many dumb questions mostly in the saltwater section

If they're bored and happy they'll build nests without a female around.

My tank is around a month old, no fish (but one plant [dave the ivy]) and i've got tiny tiny white bubbles all around the edges of my tank too... i'm assuming it's just regular old water bubbles.
