Bubbles Is Sick I Think! Help!

My betta had been a little off for a few days resting on the botem of his tank next to his house hes still eating yet today he aint moved much at all I tested the water tonight everything is fine the PH was a little bit up I dont know if thats a problem? well I did a 50% water change and gave him some food he swam out to it and his fins are drooped down and I'm prity sure some look a bit ragged I dont know if hes caught them or its the onset of somthing? he just dont seem his swimmy self I dont know if its bordem do they get bored?

Sounds like he's stressed/depressed. You should salt the water with freshwater aquarium salt (or rock/kosher salt from the grocery store, but don't used Iodized table salt, it will kill him!) Use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. Also 10 drops of Melafix would be good as it is a good de-stresser and will kill any mild external infection he may have as well as prevent him from getting one if he already isn't sick. Also, be sure his tank temp. is both high enough (72-80 ish) and stable enough (doesn't shift more than a degree or two between day and night). If the temp is too low or fluctuates too much throughout the day, it will stress him. Good luck.

nitrate is 0
nitrate is 0

The tanks an arcadia arc tank 25l (6 gallons) and hes on his own he just dont seem to move from one spot I added some interpet genral tonic last night he still aint perked up I got some API aquarium salt should I add this also? and if so how much?

Do you have a heater in the tank, a drop in temp or water thats too cold can cause a betta to act lethargic. Does he have any strange markings on him? white patches? red streaking? and swelling especially in the abdomen area? when he swims is he swimming normally? do you know if hes pooping?
