I have a 5 gallon. Until my 20 is ready. Is the bubble wall in my pic too much?

What sort of fish is in the tank?

It might be too much for slow moving fishes or fish with long fins.

Nevermind that, more live plants! 🌱

Just one Betta until I get my 20 cycled. Would the betta be ok in a 20 with a bubble wall?
Probably not. They naturally occur in slow moving or stationary water, and the wild form has short fins. So a long finned fish like a male Betta splendens that naturally occurs in slow moving water is not going to be happy swimming against the current all the time.

If you want it for ornamental reasons, you could have it on for 10-15 minutes each day but I wouldn't have it on for a male Betta.
