Bruno My Betta

Hello, I bought a male crowntail yesterday from The Goldfish Bowl in Oxford, very good shop.

He is a red and blue crowntail called Bruno.

The pics aren't very good as he doesn't like to flare much.

Thanks, I'm going to be getting a blue veiltail off my mate as he is closing down his tank, so I will divide the tank in half which means 30l each side, I may end up dividing it into 3.

Sounds good, be carefull with those kuhli loaches though they like to have a free run of the floor space so put half each side if possible

yea they spend most of the time swimming up the sides of the tank.

2, I'm definately gunna buy 3 more, I did have 4 but one got eaten and the other dissapeared.

Thanks, it was going to be a female planted tank, but now it's a male planted tank. I'm going to be dividing it in half so it may not look as good.

Im sure it will look great divide! Bruno is looking gorgeous, how is he settling in?

He's fine now, I wiggle my finger in the water whenever I feed him and he comes up to it, then I drop the pellet in.

He went in his helmet for 5 seconds, managed to get a pic of him poking his head out, now one of the khulis has decided to sleep in it.

Sorry about the glass, I'm cleaning it today.

Thanks, he's starting to beg me for food now, he's always at the front of the tank wiggling his tail.
