It all started when i went to vacation and Power went off so my electronic timer Resets the program. So the light was on 24/7 for 4 days. Now that i am back, things seems to be going worse than better. Any tips?

Well, if it is diatoms, a few otocincluses will demolish it. Though you do run the chance of otos which will suck on your discus, depending on the species you end up getting -_- (which aren't really marked in LFSes)

If it's just on the glass, it's really easy to scrub off. However cleaning it off every leaf of a plant would be a huge pain (despite it coming off easily).

If you have access to RO water, you could reduce the silicates in the water that way. Otherwise, I'd like to see what others say.

I'd recommend oto's too, they love diatoms you could try www.theplantedtank.co.uk and see what james recommends.
