Yeh sounds like after the move might be the best idea. You could try cutting the least affected bits off the plants and replanting those?

Increasing water changes can help sometime too.

I think a mircale happened lol.
Well.. I did that water change I mentioned in my rantings heh.... added another OD of Excel.
Didn't see anything happening yesterday...
Well today... it appears as though all of the BBA has turned to a red color like you said it would... YAY!
