i currently have 6 neon's and 5 bronze cory's in my 10 gallon and all is well. I asked this in begginner questions and they said 1-2 ghost shrimp would probably be fine, but someone said some fish eat them. He wasn't sure if cory's would bother them though and i figured you guys would know.

I personally don't think the cory's would eat the shrimp but by watching the cory's as much as i do they tend to be VERY active. They scoot around on the bottom a ton and some times tend to dart around the tank. I think the shrimp being slow moving as they are would get knocked around the tank too much.

Would that be the case or would a shrimp or 2 be ok to add in with the cory's and neon's?

Well, I doubt that Cories would bother them. But I have never had shrimp and have not researched their keeping.

If you don't get a definitive answer here, try the invertebrates board/forum

They'll be fine. I wouldn't worry about the shrimp getting knocked around - when they want, they can use their tails (I think they flick them) to dart away. I've seen them doing it to get away from my betta. :D

They are right, cories don't bother shrimp and I wouldn't be worried about them getting "knocked around". They are very mobile and can go anywhere (and even further) the fish can go in the tank.

They can sit in plants, on top of driftwood or in the cracks.....they are very good at hiding and being out of the way when they want to be.

As they have a very low bioload, you could put a lot of them in the 10 gallon and it wouldn't make a difference. I've got three ghost shrimp in my 10 gallon right now and they are doing great......I could put 20 in there if I wanted to and they would do fine.....as long as I fed them enough.
