This is very reasonable i think.

I wish there was one in the US :( . I was at a auction last weekend, but they didn't have much for livebearers or community fish. Some really cheap tanks tho. Also the American livebearer association website doesn't like me or my computer :(

if you can get to the ALA convention in april i think then their be alot fo fish there, Dai Jones and a couple of other UK members will be attending as well, just wish i could afford it.

i am coming and the wife can't stop me

DG may be able to give you a lift, but will habe to see who's going first, just to make sure

Also be good to meet you Gill.

Ok ill be the first to warn you people if this is corby near market harbrough, this place is seriously a bad town they hate outsiders and would stab you at the drop of a hat when i worked their i was told to stay our of corby and drink in the little country pubs in the surrounding areas, so just take this as a little warning if anyone is planning on making a weekend of it, i would stay out of corby town.

Just some advice for you all

Never been there personally but my friend went on a night out there a few weeks back with some work collegues and ended up having her drink spiked and is still pretty traumatised. However I can't see this sort of behaviour happening during an auction but if you go out at night I'd advise wearing garlic round your neck, carrying a few wooden stakes and most importantly don't leave your drink unattended. -_-

So what dose it have to do about the fish auction?

That auction is only between 10 and till 6 at the lates so every one travels in for the day.

All towns are the same no matter where u go. Slagging Corby in pointless, like saying swansea ins a crap hole or Leeds or anywhere
