Bristlenose With Broken Pectoral Fin

Just noticed this on my bristlenose,don't know how this happened but i did move her to her new tank a couple of months ago and wondering if it was damaged then and i have only just noticed,shes feeding as normal and from what i can tell dosn't seem bothered,its the largest and outermost part of the fin should i just moniter her or anything else i should do med wise.thanks

If its early stages and its a more of a scratch / nick then just add melafix. But keep your eye on it, if it gets worse you might beed something stronger.
