Bristlenose Pleco

hey guys n gals my pleo the last few days has started getting this wierd pale green skin discolouration around his eyes and nose and his eyes dont look right at all and i dont know if its just new scales comingi n or if he is bieng bullied or if he is ill will someone please help me here is a pic of what im talking about out

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, and ph.

Do the eyes look like there bulging out or sunken in.
Any white specs behind the lens of the eye.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing, darting, erratic swimming, excess mucas, or laboured breathing.
Do the eyes look cloudy.
What substrate do you have in the tank.
Get a magifying glass to see if you can see anything beneath the scales.
Any whiteness around the scales.
Does he look bloated.
Do you have any sharp objects in the tank.
