My male albino bristlenose has been in a cave in some drift wood for weeks now and hasn't even come out to feed .
Well this morning he came out ,so I looked inside the cave and there are baby's , lots of them.
I would really like to raise these ,so what would be the best thing to do ?
shall I leave them alone or should I move them to a different tank ?
I have German blue rams, neons, platys and gouarmi in the tank with them at the moment.
any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks chris.

I would leave them alone for the moment; dad will look after them while they're still wrigglers. Once they leave the cave, catch them and move them to a grow out tank, which will need a cycled filter and plenty of water changes.

Catch them before they leave the cave or you will lose most. You can move the wood cave with the dad and fry to a grow out tank. The dad will kick out the babies. When he does reverse the process and return dad and wood to the main tank. You can usually put a large net over the cave opening and then pull the cave/wood to a bucket and move it to the grow out tank.

I would suggest you let the dad and wood stay in the grow out tank for about a week or so to let the dad eat his fill to get back into shape. They should spawn again soon after your return him to the main tank.

Thanks for the replys.
Just had a close look at the baby's and they are brown like a normal bristlenose but both parents are albino, is this normal ?
