hi,I have bright green algae growing rapidly in my tank whats the best algae eaters people recommends, i have 7 tetras 4 guppies so far.

Is your tank getting direct sunlight, & how long do you have your lights on for?
No algae eater will completely clear your tank of algae, best to find out first what is causing it

you should not get a fish just to solve a problem, just reduce the light in the tank for a while our do a blackout wher you black out the tank for a week. but if you really want one look at a bristle nose plec our otoclincus, a bristlenose cleaned my 60l in about 3 days but took her back cause the mess was not worth it.

Most Plecs will help out a lot but if its your lights thats causing the algae then keeping them off will help out too. Plus your tank needs to be a good size for plecs :good:
