just a quick one do malawis interbreed with other malawi?, i have an elec blue johanni and he's shimmering and shaking at everything around him not aggresively chasing other fish just really showing off or is it just a dominance thing?

Depending on the species.... More than likely he is being territorial. He may spawn with other Melanochromis so be careful.
