Breeding Trap

OK I bought a the plastic breeding box so that I can put my pregnant guppy in it problem is its had fry and the bottom of it is full of poo from the mother. Is there anyway to clean this up without removing it or losing any fry cause I doubt its healthy for the fish? Thanks.

You can suck it up with a pipelette or a small net.

i use a little eye dropper to suck out stuff that shouldn't be in there. when they get bigger, i just catch them and put them in a little tupperware bowl for a minute (floating in the tank) if their box gets too gross.
