hi can anyone help i need to do some breeding tanks for my discus i have two breeding pairs and need to no how big the tank should be and should i get sponge filters aswell any advice would help thanks wazza ps the pairs are 6inches big

Not sure if there is much on the site but a quick google will give you some info.
For the tank, you want to keep it barebottom, with only a breeding cone or piece of slate for the Discus to breed on. For filtration a simple air pump will work.
Do you know your water stats? Keep the pH and hardness low, so the eggs can be fertilized more easily. This will result in bigger batches of babies.
