do the fry have to have live food
will they be ok in a 50 gallon UK tank
any thing else u need to know about breeding them

how many eggs will they lay
how long b4 they will catch
what will they look like when catched
will the fry be safe with just 3 scissors tails in a 50 gallon tank

I can answer some of your questions:
Yes they need live food.
No, I would think a 50 gallon would be too big, they would have trouble finding food, and you'd have trouble seeing them! Use a 10 gallon to let them grow out.
When they hatch they will be very very very tiny, about as skinny as an eyelash.
And no, they won't be safe with the adults, the adults will eat the eggs, and any fry that do hatch. You will have to seperate them.

how about if i put the eggs & fry in to a breeding net & feed them that way
or i have 4 gallon i can use or is that to small for them

I think you should put the pair into the 4 gallon and let them breed, then when you get eggs remove the parents. Let the babies grow up in there and when they are big enough put them into the tank.
